Stacy’s mom has got it goin’ on. This quaint diner near Mind Museum and Burgos Circle BGC is great for family gatherings or group lunch out.
You will be greeted by its pastel colored walls and decor. Stacy’s is a two-floor restaurant which has an area for children and is also a good venue for small parties (click here for reservations and complete list of menu)

Complimentary popcorn with mallows and strawberry pretzels while waiting
Tender yakiniku cut beef sirloin smothered with loads of fried garlic. Served with “anyway you like ‘em” eggs, fresh tomatoes and roasted garlic rice.
Layered Sausage & Potato Pie (235 php)
Casserole of Ground beef and Hungarian Sausage bits crowned with cheesy smashed potatoes and served with herbed rice and good-for-you corn and carrots
Verdict: Very good! Nothing goes wrong with potato and cheese. The combination of the flavors was delicious.
Waikiki Omu-rice (225 php)
Spam pan-grilled in brown sugar and folded into buttery mushroom rice, wrapped in a yummy cheesy two-egg omelette. Served with creamy Japanese mayo, tomato ketchup and chili flakes for added kick.
Verdict: Not that good. The sweetness and sourness that I tasted was not a good combination. I rather have a plain ol’ spam and scrambled eggs. Also, the Japanese mayo overpowered all the flavors
Note: All refillable juices or iced teas costs 75php
10% service charge in total bill
Overall, Stacy’s is good place to dine – a wide array of American & Filipino menu which has a reasonable price and serving, ambiance and service is great and there are enough tables even during peak hours.
