This must be my most tiring trip but it was definitely worth the muscle pain. Escaping work once in a while is good – don’t let your work own your life. Set your priorities and goals to enjoy every minute of your existence.

THINGS TO BRING
Backpack [Pack light for your own convenience]
Trek shoes/Sandals with Strap is advisable but not necessary [a typical slipper would do]
Clothes good for 3 days [depends on what package your group will take]
Jacket [expect cold weather]
Swimming attire for Bomod-ok Falls and Sumaguing Cave [Shirt and short would do]
Optional-Umbrella [for the trek to Bomod-ok Falls]
